This means we do not accept any form of abusive, aggressive, or disrespectful behaviour towards our team or fellow candidates. Our staff work hard to provide professional, supportive services, and we ask that all interactions remain polite and respectful.
Stressful, but everyone should feel comfortable
We understand that exam periods can be stressful, but it is important that everyone feels comfortable and secure when visiting our centres. Candidates perform at their best in an environment that is calm and focused, and we are dedicated to maintaining this standard.
